Greetings CPA Providers,

Please see https://www.gascore.com/content/page.cfm/423/ for the memorandum and corresponding documents necessary for completing the required water safety assessment that was sent out for DFCS foster/adoptive homes. This memorandum and attachments must be completed by our CPA providers for all caregivers who have pools of any kind, or live on a waterfront property.

These assessments must be completed by June 30, 2016. Please complete the tracking form that is discussed in the memorandum and send it to opmreports@dhs.ga.gov by July 8, 2016.
