Dear CPA Providers,

If you are a CPA provider that currently services and provides placement for our Kenny A youth (youth from the legal counties of Fulton and Dekalb) the Office of Provider Management is requesting that you provide information regarding the number of IMPACT classes that you provided to your foster parents with foster homes in the designated Fulton and Dekalb areas between January 1, 2016 and June 30, 2016. We would appreciate your assistance in providing this information at your earliest convenience.
