Join us on February 22, 2017 at 10am for a live Webinar entitled: Children's First and Babies Can't Wait.

Kristen Toliver, DFCS (Division of Family and Children Services) Wellness Programming Assessment and Consultation (WPAC) Program Director, and Judith Kerr, DPH (Department of Public Health) Child Health Screening Program Manager, will explain how child health, screening, and intervention services work; provide an overview of the Children's 1st program; and discuss how Babies Can't Wait referrals are determined and processed. This webinar will also address the gap for 4-year-olds being referred and how the WPAC team will partner with DPH to ensure a smooth transition.
