Dear Providers,

OPM and Care Solutions will conduct a MANDATORY training for all RBWO providers on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, from 10:00am-12:00pm. As you are aware by now, the State of Georgia is under a Performance Improvement Plan related to RBWO provider staff’s safety checks as a result of our recent review from The Children’s Bureau (CB) of the Administration of Children and Families (ACF).

Please note: All five (5) of the following safety checks must be successfully uploaded to GA+SCORE on the purple Profile page for each agency staff member by the close of business on Friday, March 10, 2017. OPM will conduct a 100% audit of all personnel that will begin at that time.

• OIG Fitness Determination Letter
• Department of Corrections
• Pardons and Paroles
• Sex Offender Registry
• Results of CPS Screening (Child Abuse Registry – CAR)

In addition, please ensure that on each staff member's purple Profile page, you report the Agency Hire Date (i.e., the base date for calculating a staff person's anniversary with your program). This is a new field. Note that this may be different than the existing Role Start Date if the person has served in multiple roles at your agency over time.

Finally, each program will be required to upload its Quality Assurance Plan on the orange Profile page. OPM will discuss requirements for the QAP during the webinar.
