Dear Providers:
As discussed at the all-provider meeting June 5th, by July 1st each program site must upload into GA+SCORE two new documents:
- A list of the members of the Board of Directors with names, phone numbers, and email addresses.
- A copy of the program's RCCL license.
Both documents may be uploaded on the Program Information screen under the orange Profile tab, near the areas for program accreditation, disaster plans, etc.
Please note that program sites that share a board of directors at the agency level do not need to upload the same document multiple times. Once the document has been uploaded at one site, it will appear for all other sites at the agency in a special section labeled "Uploaded by other [agency name] sites". If your program site has a separate board, simply upload a copy of the site-specific board of directors in addition to the shared agency document.
The mechanism for the acknowledgements described in RBWO contract deliverables #8, 9, and 10 will be available in GA+SCORE beginning July 1.
