Dear RBWO Providers:
Generation’s hospitality program trains youth to work at the frontline of customer and guest relations in international hotel groups. These companies quickly promote high achievers who have the drive to be successful. The program is a 5-week bootcamp that focuses on technical and behavioral skills, including teamwork, empathy and customer focus, and effective communication. The program offers priority enrollment for people ages 18-29 who live within 10 miles of the Atlanta airport and are seeking an entry-level customer service role in hotels around the airport. All graduates of the program receive a certificate and guaranteed interviews with employer partners.
