Greetings RBWO Providers,
As you are aware, the Provider Portal 2.0 application is getting enhanced to provide more functionality and a friendlier user interface. Portal 2.0 will include the latest technologies to provide a great look and feel to the users. As these latest technologies are being utilized, the system does have some requirements on the browser side to function appropriately. As per the browser support guide, the following are the browsers and their versions required to run Portal 2.0:
- Please utilize Chrome or IE browsers to get the optimal outcome and required functionality for Portal 2.0 application.
- Chrome and Firefox browsers always gets updated with latest versions as soon as they are out. It is required that the user’s machine does not block those updates.
Please help us to identify if there are providers still running older browsers. The Division needs to coordinate with these providers to update their current browser’s version. If your agency is utilizing an older browser, please send an email to opmtraining@dhs.ga.gov. Make sure you identify your agency’s name and the appropriate Information Technology ("IT”) person to assist in this upgrade. This information is needed by Monday, August 7, 2017. Please remember, email notification is only needed for providers that are not utilizing an updated browser. If there are any additional questions, send an email to your OPM Monitoring Manager.
