Greetings Providers:

As you are aware, DFCS has been working on expanding the Provider Portal to improve Portal usability and increase data sharing with providers.  Portal expansion is near completion and ready for production; however, before doing so, we need your assistance with testing the changes implemented.  If you are interested in testing (having firsthand experience with the Portal changes), please let us know.

Testing starts September 25, 2017 – October 6, 2017.  Participating in testing requires the following:

• Must be present onsite at 2 Peachtree Street, NW, Atlanta, Georgia 30303 – Allows the team to readily assist with functional questions/issues
• Available to test for three consecutive days during the testing period – Maximizes participants time and allows for greater opportunity to become familiar with application; the more time available to test, the better the test results
• Available 9:00 am – 4:00 pm each day

If you (or members of your staff) are interested in participating in testing, please contact Shaun Johnson (shaun.johnson@dhs.ga.gov) or Brenda Jones (brenda.jones@dhs.ga.gov).  Only 10 participants are needed; therefore, the first 10 persons who contact us will be selected.
