Dear Providers:

It is no longer necessary to report child payment data to GA+SCORE. Program designation records are still required for each child. Changes you'll see effective 10/3/2017:

• The Payment screen under the blue Profile tab is no longer visible.
• CPAs do not need to report the foster parent waiver amount with the program designation when adding a new placement.
• If a child's program designation changes, you should still use the blue Program Designations tab to enter the end date of the old PD and then add the new PD with its start date. However, you do NOT need to additionally create a new payment record to correspond to the new PD.
  

System screens and the GA+SCORE user manual have been updated to reflect these changes.
