Dear Providers:

Later today each program site will receive an email listing staff in an RBWO role other than N/A with any safety checks that are missing, overdue, due for renewal in the next 30 days, or due for renewal in the next 60 days. This email will be sent weekly each Monday to programs with at least one check that requires attention, CCing the site's CEO, program director, and reporting contact. Please ensure that you have assigned staff for each role on the Contact Information screen under the orange Profile tab, so that you receive this important message.

This informational email is intended to help you remain compliant with the RBWO Minimum Standards and the federal IV-E audit, but it is ultimately the provider's responsibility to ensure that all staff safety checks are completed and entered timely. In addition to the weekly email alert, all system users have access to the "Provider Safety Check Report" link on the orange Profile tab, which displays real-time data from GA+SCORE. That screen uses color-coding to highlight where work is needed, and also offers you a quick method to view and print files uploaded for all staff.
