Greetings RBWO Providers:
As you are aware, on December 16, 2017, the new SHINES Provider Portal will be LIVE! As promised, we are days away from offering the live demonstration of the enhanced features and functionalities available to RBWO Providers.
On October 31, 2017, we offered RBWO Providers a “sneak peek” of the enhanced system's access and views for three specific roles: case manager, supervisor, and administrator. Now, in each of the eight sessions listed below, we'll present detailed information, including specific roles, assigned tasks, data entry, case assignments, review waivers end date, etc. Providers are welcome to bring their laptops/tablets and/or electronic devices to follow along with this presentation.
Attendance at one of these sessions is mandatory for all Program Directors, HSPs, CSWs and CSSs. Please register below for the option that is most convenient.
