As the SHINES Team continues to prepare for the SHINES Portal 2.0 cutover, there are a few reminders.
- Please make sure your internet browser(s) is compatible with the following:
- Latest version of Chrome
- Latest version of Firefox, or
- Internet Explorer (IE) 10 or 11
- Portal users must have an agency affiliated domain email address
- For example, wendy.wilson@abccare.com
- Portal users must update their accounts with agency domain affiliated email address
- Please see the Modifying Email Address-SHINES Portal Users document for step-by-step directions on how to update account
The cutover date for Portal 2.0 is December 16, 2017. The above will assist with your preparedness for the new version of Portal. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to either OPM or the SHINES Help Desk (800-764-1017, option 2).
