SHINES Portal 2.0 deployment was a success! It is available for you to access and resume case management activities. IMPORTANT NOTE: Only Administrators and Supervisors will see children linked to the agency. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ASSIGNED TO A CASE MANAGER, in order for the case manager to document services/events, e. g. contacts. We encourage the assignment of children sooner than later. To access Portal 2.0, use the link below:
