Greetings RBWO Providers,

OPM has been alerted that the SHINES Provider Portal is experiencing some technical difficulties since deployment. The following were identified as issues that the SHINES Team is diligently working to address:

• MAAC children not displaying
• Historical contacts not displaying
• Children displaying more than once

The SHINES team will announce via GA+SCORE once these issues have been resolved. As a result, OPM will adjust accordingly as it relates to PBP scoring for quarter 3.  We thank you for your patience regarding this matter.
