Dear CPA Providers:
Georgia’s Personal Responsibility Education Program (GA-PREP) is pleased to host a series of 2-day trainings designed to help adults become a “Connected Caregiver”. These trainings have been designed specifically for foster parents, CCI and CPA caregivers, case managers and supervisors.
- Day 1: Talking to Teens About Sex & Healthy Relationships
- Day 2: Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC)/Beyond Cultural Competency: Working with Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer & Questioning (LGBTQ) Youth
This year Georgia PREP will be hosting three Connected Caregiver Trainings (Metro Atlanta, Macon, GA and Savannah, GA). Through funding from the DHS/DFCS PREP program, these trainings are being offered for FREE for the first 50 registrants. The training flyer contains additional registration information, including location details.
**14 hours of Training Credit will be provided**
