OPM has been alerted that the SHINES Provider Portal is experiencing some technical difficulties since deployment.

The SHINES team will announce via GA+SCORE once these issues have been resolved. As a result, OPM will adjust accordingly as it relates to PBP scoring for quarter 3.  We thank you for your patience regarding this matter.
