The SHINES Team has prepared a Portal Troubleshooting Guide. Take a moment to review and share with staff. Remember that in addition to this self-help reference tool, details on accessing Portal (DUO and logging in), understanding functionality, and documenting case management activities can be found in the user guides previously distributed.
