Dear RBWO Providers:

As part of your contractual obligations you must submit a cost report annually to the DFCS Fiscal and Administration Unit no later than 90 days after your fiscal year end. Cost report training sessions are held to assist RBWO providers with accurately completing the cost report with ease. You must attend a training session to receive the cost report template and instructions. Our next session will be held on Thursday, February 15th and Friday, February 16th at the Rumford Center in Macon, Georgia. Any RBWO provider who has not attended a cost report training session within the last 12 months or whose fiscal year-end is December 31, 2017 or earlier MUST attend one of the applicable sessions.

Please fill out the registration form and return it to Davida Walker via email at davida.walker@dhs.ga.gov by COB Friday, February 9th, 2018. These sessions will cover cost reporting for your 2017 fiscal year. Seating will be limited in each session, thus PLEASE only send 1 representative from your organization.
