FY 2018 PBP Guide -- ILP/TLP Tips provides a quick overview of reporting requirements organized by time frame: what needs to be reported for a new admission, what needs to be reported on a daily or ad hoc basis as changes occur (e.g., as staff is hired, or when a significant event occurs at your program), and what needs to be reported at least monthly/at least quarterly to meet the deadline for performance-based placement scorecards.
