E-Blast: PBP GA+ScoreCard Release - FY2018 Quarter 3

Dear Providers,
 
The Performance-Based Placement (PBP) 3rd Quarter scorecards are now available through your GA+SCORE accounts. To view your reports, log into GA+SCORE and click on the orange Reports tab.
For this quarter, providers have links for (a) the Q3 GA+SCORECARDs, (b) the Child Data reports, and (c) the Staff Training reports.
 
In Q3, some providers were unable to complete SHINES reporting. To ensure that all providers were scored fairly, each program's scorecard was generated twice, once including SHINES measures, and once excluding them and adjusting measure weights to make up the difference. You are receiving whichever scorecard yielded a higher score. If your scorecard excludes the SHINES measures and uses adjusted measure weights, the rows for those measures will print "Not eligible" on both the scorecard and the Child Data Detail report Totals row (other rows on the Child Data Detail report will show actual data). If your scorecard includes the SHINES measures, it will print normally.
 
Remember that FY2018 Q3 uses the adjusted measures related to staff records and training. The requirement to complete 24 hours of training annually (pro-rated) will be applied in Q4, using the training hours you've reported during the fiscal year. The requirements for timely reporting of staff data, including new staff roles, timely registration for Foundations e-learning, and timely completion/waiving of Foundations, have not changed.
 
Please note that the FY2018  Q1 GA+SCORECARD and Staff Data reports are no longer available on your Reports tab because of these mid-year changes to the report structure. However, scorecards can be accessed at https://www.gascore.com/providerscores/. Reports for previous fiscal years can be found on the Archived Reports screen under the orange Reports tab.
