Greetings Providers,
The SHINES Portal was enhanced on July 14th with new functionality on the legal and education tabs. Providers now have access to the approved Foster Care Case Plan. In addition, providers are now able to add multiple education records (ex: child is enrolled in school and attends a before/after school program). The Portal User’s Guide has been updated with guidance on accessing the case plan and adding multiple education records.
