SHINES has been made aware of an “Internal Server Error” issue reported by several providers yesterday. This error is received at times on log in, creating a contact or attempting to review a contact. In addition, a “Not Found. Please try again!” error message was reported when attempting to review a recently approved contact. The SHINES team is working to resolve these error messages. In the meantime, clear your cache and cookies and ensure that you are running the latest version of your internet browser. Another communication will be sent once the issue is resolved.
