Georgia SHINES has been diligently working to determine the root cause of users’ inability to add and view contacts in the Portal. As of last night, the cause has been identified and a solution is currently in the works. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Further communication will be sent once the fix has been deployed into production. At this time, there is no need to report this particular issue to the SHINES helpdesk. Thank you for your patience while this matter is being addressed. OPM is aware of the issue and fair consideration will be given for PBP purposes.
