E-Blast: GA+SCORE System Updates for FY2019 PBP Measures

Dear Providers:
 
To support FY2019 PBP measurements, we've made changes to screens in GA+SCORE. Please review the notes below for your program's license type. You should also download copies of the "FY2019 GA+SCORE RBWO Provider User Manual" and the "FY 2019 RBWO PBP Measurements and Standards Guide" from www.gascore.com, under Key Documents & Forms. ILPs/TLPs also have "FY2019 PBP Guide - ILP/TLP Quick Guide" as a resource posted there. These documents contain detail on the calculation behind each measure and on how to report this information to GA+SCORE.
 
CCIs and CPAs:
  1. New incentive for educational achievements (high school graduation, GED, college participation, or professional (trade) certification); report them on the blue Education screen.
  2. New incentive for Community Connections (10 or more hours in a quarter); report them on the blue Family screen.
  3. New incentive for Extended Youth Support Services; these are reported to SHINES by DFCS case managers and display in GA+SCORE on the blue Family screen.
TLPs and ILPs:
  1. Reporting for educational achievements (high school graduation, GED, college participation, or professional (trade) certification) has MOVED from the orange ILP/TLP Roster screen to the blue Education screen. High school graduations you previously reported have already been added to the Education screen for you, using the month the graduation was first reported to GA+SCORE.
  2. Reporting for Community Connections (10 or more hours in a quarter) has MOVED from the orange ILP/TLP Roster screen to the blue Family screen. Community Connections you reported for July 2018 have already been added to the Family screen for you, using today's date.
  3. The display of Extended Youth Support Services has MOVED from the orange ILP/TLP Roster screen to the blue Family screen.
  4. Reporting for Academic/Career Development has MOVED from the orange ILP/TLP Roster screen to the blue ILP/TLP screen, under the Placements tab. It is now possible to report and receive credit for monthly attempts at completing this measure. Academic/Career Development you reported for July 2018 has already been added to the blue ILP/TLP screen for you, using today's date.
