The SHINES Portal will be down for maintenance Saturday August 4th from 12:01am to 6:00am. During this time, we ask that you do not log into the Portal. SHINES will be correcting the issue concerning providers' inability to add new contacts, view contacts or approve contacts. Providers will be able to log into the Portal Saturday morning after the deployment to begin entering contacts. Prior to logging in, please clear your internet browser cache and cookies. If you experience any issues with entering contacts after the deployment, please email the SHINES helpdesk at provider-portal.requests@dhs.ga.gov. We thank you for your patience and understanding while this issue was being resolved. Contacts that were unable to be entered from July 14th through August 3rd due to SHINES portal issues must be entered by August 10th for PBP purposes.
