Dear Providers:

 

The Caregiver Recruitment and Retention Unit (CRRU) will host Caregiver Planner Pick-Up Day at 2 Peachtree Street on August 21st 2018, from 10am – 1pm. These planners will be a great organizational tool for your families while keeping up with the needs of the youth in their home. Please download the PDF for a preview of what is included in the planners.
 
On the day of pick-up, a table will be set up in the lobby of the building to retrieve the planners. We do ask that you come prepared with a cart/wagon or extra set of hands, as the boxes weigh 36 pounds and there are 16 planners in each box.
