The State Office PRO Unit has been leading a Utilization Review Workgroup that consists of DJJ and several county DFCS, state office DFCS, and provider representatives. Out of our intense discussions, a survey has been commissioned to determine the most challenging MWO behaviors indicated in the RBWO Minimum Standards.
