In reviewing score discrepancies reported by some ILP programs, we discovered an error in our math related to changing the Community Connections measure to an incentive credit for FY 2019. You may have noticed that the "Possible Points" column on your GA+SCORECard added up to less than the indicated 45 points for ILP/TLP specialty measures; if so, your program was among those affected.

 

We have regenerated scorecards using corrected logic. These are now available on the orange Reports tab in GA+SCORE, replacing the previous PDFs. Scores at affected providers rose between .5 and 4.5 points, depending on performance on other measures. We'll work now to update the Provider Profile Guide and www.gascore.com/providerscores/.
