In an effort to ensure that the Division’s stakeholders are abreast of our after-hours and emergency support, Centralized Intake Call Center (CICC) is available to assist in cases of emergencies and after-hours needs. CICC can be reached at 1-855-422-4453 as intake is available 24 hours a day and has the ability to access whomever is on-call for each county across the state.
