In an effort to assess the Division’s implementation of the SAFE Family Evaluation model, the Office of Provider Management (OPM) is requesting that you identify any location/site in which the minimum requirement of at least two staff members have NOT received SAFE certification training. We recognize there are some staff members on the current waitlist and/or pending approval; therefore, this information will assist in development of additional classes.

IF and ONLY if you have sites without the minimum staff training, please send an email to opm.leadership@dhs.ga.gov with the subject "SAFE Minimum Requirement" and the following information: the name of your agency with location/site and a list of staff members from those respective locations/site requiring training. You must send this email by close of business on Friday, July 12, 2019.
