Greetings CPA Providers,

The Office of Provider Management (OPM) will be conducting a technical assistance webinar on Monday, August 12, 2019 from 4:00-5:00 p.m. to discuss OPM’s processes and timeframes for the implementation of the SAFE Model. OPM Leadership and Resource Developers will be in attendance to answer all of your questions and address your concerns as it relates to this matter. This is not a mandatory meeting; however, is highly encouraged as this will be our opportunity to work through any potential barriers prior to the statewide rollout scheduled for August 24, 2019.

Prior to the webinar, you will need to download Skype for Business if you do not already have it on your computer. There will not be an option of participating via mobile devices (phones, tablets, etc.) as some components of the webinar do not operate in the mobile app. Please follow the link below to join the session.
