It has been bought to OPM’s attention that the GA SHINES system is experiencing some technical difficulties since the SAFE deployment. As a result, OPM is unable to approve any initials or re-evaluations at this time. The SHINES team has been made aware of this issue and we will continue to follow up to determine when the matter will be resolved.
At this time, OPM will complete all of the basic data entry in GA SHINES to prevent further delay of approval once the system is back online. Thank you for your patience and partnership while we diligently work on getting this matter resolved.
