Greetings CPA Providers,

Happy New Year!  In an effort to align with the expected increase in the development and monitoring of foster homes due to the Federal Families First Prevention Act (FFFPA), the Office of Provider Management (OPM) Resource Development Unit has implemented a “Duty Schedule” to assist with all RD questions and support unrelated to a home submitted pending OPM approval.

• For all foster homes submitted for approval (Initial, Re-Evaluation and/or Addendum), GA+SCORE  now displays the OPM Resource Developer who will serve as the point of contact for that specific home. Look at the top of the Initial Approval, ReEvaluation, or Addenda screens for this information.
• All other unrelated questions should be addressed with the assigned RD on duty as indicated on the attached schedule. Please note that the duty schedule coverage is during our standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  

OPM will pilot the Duty Schedule beginning this week for the remainder of January and February and solicit feedback from our CPA Providers to ensure that our goal to increase the timeliness of processing homes and offering excellent customer service is achieved.
