Greetings CPA Providers,

Thank you for your cooperation with the Duty Schedule pilot to assist with all RD questions and support unrelated to a home submitted pending OPM approval. Please see below for the updated schedule (March - April) as well as instructions on whom to contact with various questions.

• For all foster homes submitted for approval (Initial, Re-Evaluation and/or Addendum), GA+SCORE  now displays the OPM Resource Developer who will serve as the point of contact for that specific home. Look at the top of the Initial Approval, ReEvaluation, or Addenda screens for this information.
• All other unrelated questions should be addressed with the assigned RD on duty as indicated on the attached schedule. Please note that the duty schedule coverage is during our standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
