Dear CPA Providers:

 

Effective April 20, each initial approval, re-evaluation, and home-related addendum (e.g., change of address) will require uploaded photographs in GA+SCORE. The focus should be on sleeping areas, medication storage, firearms/ammunition, pools, trampolines, common areas, and front and back of the home. The option "Home Photo" now appears in the file upload lists on all three screens, but is not yet marked as required.

 

As with all uploads in GA+SCORE, the file size must be under 8 MB and the file format should be .jpg, .png, .pdf, .doc/.docx, or .xls/.xlsx. Pictures can be uploaded individually or after being combined in a Word file or PDF. For security reasons, it is not possible to upload a .zip file to GA+SCORE.
