Greetings RBWO Providers,

At the request of Governor Brian Kemp and effective October 1, 2019, all Division staff to include our private contractors are required to complete a sexual harassment training. All staff members within our RBWO providers should complete this training by May 13, 2020. The certificate is required to be uploaded into GA+SCORE under staff training. Please note that you may satisfy this requirement with any sexual harassment training. One option is to complete the Division's online training via IOTIS. Instructions are provided below.

To access the Division's sexual harassment training, please utilize the following site to complete this training: https://iotis.org/sso/portal.jsp. This is a two-hour training. Below is the step-by-step process to access the training:

• Click here - Don’t have an account;
• Enter your information (First & Last Name, Email address, phone number and county);
• Then click “Submit”;
• You will receive a username and password to login via email;
• Login with the username and password;
• Online Training Courses – please click here;
• Institute for Online Training and Instructional Systems;
• Search feature enter Sexual Harassment;
• Click on DHS 2001: Sexual Harassment Training 2018; and
• Then click Sexual Harassment to begin the training.

Please print and/or save the certificates as the system does not save a transcript for completion. When reporting this training to GA+SCORE, be sure to note that it is a two-hour training.
