Dear Providers,
The GARYSE Chafee Independent Living Program has collaborated with the Making Wishes Matter Foundation® to coordinate a virtual end-of-the- school-year celebration for older foster youth ages 14+ and their caregivers, providers, and case managers. This event will feature Grammy Award Winning Producer Mike WiLL Made It on Friday, May 8th from 6P – 8P. Mike WiLL Made It is a producer, songwriter, rapper, and DJ. He is best known for his work with artists such as Beyonce (Formation), Jay Z, Rhianna (Pour It Up), Miley Cyrus (We Can’t Stop), Kendrick Lamar (Humble), Future, Gucci Mane, Rae Sremmurd and many more!

This event will be held via Zoom Video Conferencing Platform. Registration is required to participate!!!!!

Youth Registration for viewing individually:
Youth can register individually to participate on their own.
Agency Registration for Viewing in Groups:
Child Care Institutions (CCI’s) and ILP’s are encouraged to have one (1) staff designee register on behalf of their site – and allow all DFCS ILP eligible youth ages 14+ to participate collectively.
Foster Parents/Kinship Caregivers:
Only one (1) registration per household. Families are encouraged to participate collectively and join in with youth celebrating their accomplishments.
Case Managers and Supportive Adults:
One registration per case manager or supportive adult. The purpose of staff participation is to celebrate alongside our youth and shout out their academic accomplishments.
