Dear Providers,
The IONS portal is now up and running. Effective immediately, providers are able to submit their screening requests for all staff online at https://ionsrequestportal.dhs.ga.gov/.
- Providers may have to register their agency again. We tried our best to ensure that the information was pulled over, but some information may have been lost.
- Please be sure to read all of the instructions. The screening categories have changed.
- Providers are still expected to upload the written request on their agency letterhead as they did before.
This process replaces the spreadsheet for all future requests. However, any requests that were previously submitted by using the spreadsheet will be completed and sent back, so there is no need to resubmit them.
