Please join us for the 2021 Independent Living Provider Symposium on September 28 & 29, 2021. The Office of Provider Management and the GARYSE Chafee Independent Living Program are soliciting presenters to submit workshop proposals — download the flyer here. Topics should center around youth engagement, effective community partnerships, quality service delivery and case planning, data analytics and outcomes.
