We wanted to provide an update regarding the SHINES Portal upload issue that was shared on 5/9/22.  This issue has not yet been resolved and is still being worked on by the SHINES team.  Until the SHINES Portal upload feature is back up and running, you may email documents to DFCS. Please maintain proof of email submissions in your records.  There will be no penalty for late submissions during this time.  We will provide updates on the SHINES Portal as more information is received.
