Greetings ILP Providers,

This is a wonderful opportunity to share with any young people that may be interested in a Phlebotomy certification.  This is the first of three cohorts.  Scholarships are being offered for those who do not meet the income requirement. The application link is embedded in the attached flyer, along with the contact information. Please note the following:

1. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a HS Diploma or GED
2. There is a limit of 20 students per class
3. The first cohort is currently scheduled to begin on Monday however, they will adjust the schedule if needed to allow for more candidates
