Greetings CPA Providers,
During our last CPA Partnership meeting, CPA Staff were introduced to the new and upcoming CommuniCare Portal. As mentioned, CommuniCare Portal training will be offered (virtually) to CPA providers on September 26th and September 27th from 9:30 a.m. to noon. Due to limited spacing, each CPA site is allowed to register only one (1) staff member for this training. Participants are required to attend only one of the training sessions. Thereafter, all remaining staff and foster parents will have access to pre-recorded trainings and materials.
In preparation for the release of the CommuniCare portal, each CPA site will need to identify one (1) person who will function as the CPA Administrator for your agency. This individual will have the role of creating/managing user accounts for your agency within the CommuniCare Portal. It is recommended that either the identified CPA Administrator or the CPA Director register for the upcoming training. Please save the date and be on the lookout for training registration information over the next few days.
