Attention Georgia SHINES Portal Users:

This is a friendly reminder that on March 6th, Georgia SHINES will undergo an architectural upgrade. This includes the Georgia SHINES Portal. As a result, neither will be available to users. The estimated time for the upgrade will be March 6th at 7:00 pm to March 7th at 5:00 pm.

In preparation, please complete the following by Friday, March 6th at 5:00 pm:

• Copy Children in Care List
• Copy Facility/Agency List
  

After the upgrade period, please verify the following:

• Users can log on to the Georgia SHINES Portal
• The Children in Care List page reflects the copied version of Children in Care List printed prior to the upgrade
• The Facility/Agency List page reflects the copied version of the Facility/Agency List printed prior to the upgrade

Any discrepancies noted or issues logging on to the Portal should be reported immediately to the Georgia SHINES War Room.  Users can either call or email issues:
