Dear Providers,

The Wellness Programming Assessment and Consultation (WPAC) Unit is providing a list of Amerigroup providers organized by county. The providers have agreed to see our members/ children with open access with just a call (no appointments needed) to inform them of what date the child will be brought into the clinic.

Please open the attachment for contact information and specific directions for each provider. This will help in the reduction of overdue and initial medical and dental appointments.
