Georgia SHINES currently is experiencing some technical difficulties. OPM and Care Solutions are aware that users are having trouble resetting their passwords using the security questions/answers initially registered. Please note that the SHINES IT team is actively working to resolve this issue. Until this issue is resolved, please temporarily re-register using a different email address and re-select your security questions and answers. Once you have re-registered, please send Brenda Jones an email at Brenda.Jones@dhs.ga.gov for access approval.
