Dear Providers:

Please take a moment to confirm in GA+SCORE that an HSP or other staff member has completed the Reasonable and Prudent Parenting Training (the two-hour workshops offered by OPM September - December 2015). 

To confirm, simply log into your GA+SCORE account (and select a program, if you have access to multiple programs). Click on the blue bar at the top of the screen that reads "Reasonable and Prudent Parenting Training - Click here to confirm receipt" and fill out the following page with the name and training date for the staff person (HSP or higher) who completed the training. Once this record is submitted for your program one time, the blue bar will no longer appear.
