Dear Providers:

You can now submit requests for waivers and waiver renewals directly to the PRO Team through GA+SCORE. Click the "DFCS PRO Team" button on the home page to reach an information page that includes the current on-call staff and other resources. From there, click "Get Started!" to learn more about online waiver requests (or jump directly to www.gascore.com/proteam/). Links direct you to detailed information, including required files and data fields for the various types of waiver requests, as well as training videos you can use to preview the process. (Note that RBWO providers are not able to use the online Placement Assistance Request option.)

When you submit a waiver request via GA+SCORE, the PRO Team is notified immediately. The requestor will receive an email once the request has been assigned to a PRO Team staff person, and then periodically as the request changes status on its way to a final decision.
