The Division of Family and Children Services has engaged the University of Chicago, Chapin Hall to conduct a review of the state’s placement operations system. Placement operations refers to the recruitment, preparation, retention of caregivers (foster/adoptive/relative/group home), placement matching and placement stability. You are invited to participate in an informational webinar to hear more about the scope of the study, the process and the timeline.
