Training Calendar

Crucial Conversations is a training course offered by the DHS Caregiver Recruitment and Retention Unit in best-practice skills for successfully handling high-stakes interactions. Through-out the initial trainings, the Division’s Executive Leaders and managers have gained skills to influence the organization’s culture and make the best decisions when allocating limited resources. We are opening-up this limited training opportunity to Executive leaders and directors within our provider community. Upon completion of this two-day training, you will learn how to create conditions in which staff at all levels can speak with complete candor and respect.
