Greetings CPA Providers,

After further discussion, the Division has clarified that the memorandum and attachments must be completed by CPA providers for all caregivers with access to a pool, including community subdivision and apartment complex pools. This is in addition to the requirement for caregivers with private pools of any kind, or who live on a waterfront property.

In order to accommodate the larger number of assessments, the deadline has been extended to July 5, 2016. The assessment should be submitted to GA+SCORE as an addendum; select the category as "Other” for the reason.
